This Just In: Cotton Candy

It's on top of donuts and champagne, so it must be a thing.

I swear cotton candy is having a moment. The spun sugar concoction we all love to love is popping up outside of carnivals in more ways than one. I love the childlike excitement of it's patterns and colors and the cool girl vibe it leaves in the memories of guests and onlookers.

I've rounded up my seven favorite ways cotton candy (or it's signature color) has been used lately below ...

Links I Love

But first, coffee. A lot of coffee.

It's the 8th of August, deadlines are upon us, school is almost back in session, summer is winding down, but so much good is left to be squeezed out of these next few weeks. It's time for the Olympics and America being united in excitement rather than hatred. If you want basically live updates and recaps of my favorite Olympic games, connect with me on Social Media -- I'll try to keep it entertaining.

Just a reminder to those applying to be Great Vibes Guide Interns: all applications must be in by August 19th; I'll be sending out responses the following week. Can't wait to read what everyone has to say and connect with my new team! Xx.

Let's not wait any longer ... here are nine of my favorite links from around the web this weekend!

1. Loving the looks from Wednesday and Friday.

2. I recently changed my part from side to center, and WOW it makes a difference

3. Pretty in love with Simone Biles and this interactive article.

4. Yasssss these diverse emojis are *fire emoji*X3 .

5. I'm thinking black velvet for my quick and easy choker necklace

6. These Olympic women are stealing Rio.

7. This wallpaper is amazing. I think it would be great in a small powder room with gold accents, no?

8. This carpool karaoke had me feeling major FOMO.

9. These popsicles. What.

Cheers to another seven days of coffee, green juices, wine, & repeat! Xx.

5 Workouts Inspired by the Olympics

Because Olympics.

So unless you're living under a rock, you know opening ceremonies for the Olympics are today (!!!). Michael Phelps is waving the American flag alongside our most competitive, inspiring, and athletic Americans as they strut their stuff before the world. Now with bodies like these babes below...

It's easy to feel inspired and invigorated to up your workout game. I've rounded up five workouts under 30 minutes that will leave you feeling the burn but basking in the endorphin rush. Plus, they won't keep you away from the TV too long to miss anything happening (like the rivalry between Phelps and Loche).

1.
Since trampoline jumping is an olympic sport, try this workout

2.
Tabata and you're done in no time.

3.
This pilates workout will target muscles you didn't even know about.

4.
Blast your core with this high intensity, strength training workout

5.
If you have access to a pool, do this amazing workout in it.

So get down with your bad self and sweat it out or don't. You're a firecracker regardless. You could also have a gorgeous Olympics party inspired by this one. Or you could just scrap it all, and try the Buzzfeed Olympics drinking game.

+ Happy Olympics! Celebrate, celebrate, celebrate.
